Academic Support System

At SIMI Swiss, our academic support systems are designed to remove barriers and create a seamless educational journey for students. We provide personalized tutoring, accessible learning materials, comprehensive online resources, and responsive feedback mechanisms to ensure academic success.

Reducing difficulties, increasing efficiency

Application & Document Review

The academic journey begins with a thorough review of admission documents. The Academic Team carefully verifies and securely stores all submitted materials, including application forms, resumes, passports, degree certificates, transcripts, and English proficiency certificates.

To facilitate a seamless transition into academic life, students receive three essential emails upon successful admission:

  • Personal Account Letter – Provides details for accessing Zoom, the E-Library, and SIMI’s Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Student ID Letter – Includes the student’s unique ID card and program duration details.
  • Confirmation Letter – Verifies personal information, student ID, and LMS access.

Additionally, two weeks before their first class, students receive an email with all necessary Zoom study materials, including a personalized SIMI background featuring their name and ID number. They are also informed about Live-Class schedules and provided with troubleshooting assistance when needed.

Live Class & Community Support

SIMI Swiss employs a Hybrid Learning Model, combining Live Classes with local tutor support to maximize student engagement and comprehension. Our Academic Team ensures:

  • Pre-class System Checks – All technical aspects of the Live Classes are tested in advance to ensure a smooth learning experience.
  • Attendance Monitoring – We track participation to encourage consistent engagement.
  • Technical Support – Any issues arising during Live Classes are quickly addressed to minimize disruption.

To create a truly supportive learning environment, we foster a sense of community through mentorship programs and peer collaboration initiatives. These initiatives help students navigate academic challenges by providing guidance from experienced mentors and facilitating knowledge-sharing opportunities among peers.

Capstone Project & Thesis Guidance

As students approach the final stage of their academic journey, they receive structured guidance on their capstone project or thesis. The process includes:

  • Master Plan & Timeline – Students are provided with a step-by-step plan to manage their project efficiently.
  • Supervisor Selection & Mentorship – Dedicated supervisors guide students through their research, ensuring alignment with both their professional experience and academic knowledge.
  • Workshops & Research Support – Specialized classes help students refine their research methodologies, develop structured arguments, and produce well-substantiated academic work.

Assignment & Academic Support

Academic success depends on more than just attending classes. To support students in producing high-quality coursework, SIMI Swiss offers a range of academic support services:

  • Formatting Assistance – Assignments are standardized with appropriate cover pages, fonts, margins, and Harvard-style references.
  • Grammar & Spelling Review – Submitted work is checked for clarity and linguistic accuracy without altering the core content.
  • Plagiarism Check – Assignments undergo thorough originality verification to maintain academic integrity.
  • Assignment Feedback – Detailed feedback is provided to help students improve their academic writing and research skills.

Empowering Student Success

At SIMI Swiss, we believe that student success is a collaborative effort. By offering a well-rounded academic support system, we help learners overcome challenges, refine their skills, and achieve their full potential. Our holistic approach ensures that every student receives the guidance and resources necessary to excel in their studies.
